Acceptance and scope
By booking or using our website, you accept these terms. Signal Workdeck provides informational preparation and independent consultation concerning German employed-applicant residence routes. We are not a law firm, do not represent clients before authorities, and do not guarantee a visa, residence permit, appointment or processing time.
Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate, current information, review written notes, meet official deadlines, and verify final requirements with the competent German mission, foreigners authority or professional body. Authority rules may change after a consultation.
Fees, scheduling and cancellation
Fees and included work are confirmed before booking. Payment is required before the session. Cancellation, rescheduling and refund rights are described in our refund policy.
Intellectual property
Our route notes, checklists, site text and visual materials are owned by Signal Workdeck and supplied for the named client’s personal use. You may share a relevant note with your employer or professional adviser but may not resell, publish or reproduce our materials commercially.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for authority decisions, delay, employment loss, travel costs or consequences of incomplete or inaccurate client information. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory consumer rights.
Governing law and disputes
German law governs these terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence. Courts in Germany have jurisdiction where legally permitted. Contact info@signal-workdeck.digital first so we can try to resolve a concern.
Changes
The terms applying to a booked service are those supplied at confirmation. Website terms may be updated prospectively, with the effective date shown above.
