Who this is for
This review is for a non-EU applicant with a concrete German employment offer, or a near-final offer whose salary and duties are known. It is especially useful when the EU Blue Card appears possible but another skilled-worker route may better fit the qualification, timing, or contract.
What is included
Before the call, you send the role description, contract or offer summary, annual gross salary, degree or vocational qualification details, and the city where you will work. We review the likely Blue Card criteria, the residence permit for qualified professionals, recognition questions, and any route-specific issue apparent from those materials.
During 75 minutes, we compare credible routes, identify assumptions that need an official answer, and order the preparation tasks. Within two working days, you receive a concise written route note, document gap list, and questions to raise with your employer or competent authority.
What is not included
The fee does not cover legal representation, certified translations, qualification recognition applications, appointment booking, form filing, or communication with a German mission or foreigners authority. We cannot promise issuance or processing times.
Your adviser and preparation
The session is led by Mara Vogel, a Germany mobility adviser who has supported international hires and employer HR teams with route preparation since 2018. Please redact bank details and unrelated personal identifiers. Bring your preferred start date, travel constraints, and any prior correspondence with an authority.
The process
