Before the appointment
This review is appropriate once you have selected a route. We compare your assembled file with the published checklist for the responsible mission or local authority, then look for practical inconsistencies: names written differently, untranslated evidence, incomplete employer forms, unclear recognition proof, or insurance dates that do not match travel.
The starting fee covers one applicant and one route with up to 20 documents. Larger files are quoted before work begins. We provide an annotated gap list, not certification that an authority must accept the documents.
Please send copies, never irreplaceable originals. Sensitive information unrelated to the application should be removed.
