Cancellation and refund policy

Refund, cancellation and rescheduling terms for Signal Workdeck German visa consultation services.

Effective 15 August 2026.

Before the consultation

Cancel in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled start for a full refund. Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours receives a 50% refund because preparation time and the appointment have been reserved. Fees are non-refundable for cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice or a no-show.

You may reschedule once without charge by giving at least 24 hours’ notice. Later rescheduling is treated as cancellation unless illness, emergency or another exceptional circumstance makes that unreasonable.

Work already started

Where you ask us to begin pre-reading or written work during a statutory withdrawal period, you expressly request early performance. If you then cancel, we may retain a proportionate amount for work already completed. Completed written reviews and completed consultations are non-refundable unless the service was materially not delivered as agreed.

Deposits and outside costs

When a custom scope requires a deposit, the confirmation states the amount and preparation it secures. A deposit becomes non-refundable once the identified preparation begins. Authority fees, certified translation, recognition charges, legal fees and other third-party costs are not collected by us and cannot be refunded by Signal Workdeck. We do not purchase materials for clients.

Service problems and provider cancellation

If we cancel and cannot offer a suitable alternative, you receive a full refund. If a technical interruption materially shortens an online session, we will first offer completion at no charge; where that is not reasonable, a proportionate refund applies.

How to request a refund

Email info@signal-workdeck.digital with your name, booking date and reason. Eligible refunds are approved within five working days and returned to the original payment method, usually appearing within a further five to ten working days depending on the provider. This policy does not limit mandatory German or EU consumer rights.
