Controller and data collected
Signal Workdeck, Level 11, 63 Friedrichstraße, Berlin 10117, is the controller. Contact info@signal-workdeck.digital. We collect enquiry details, contact information, booking and payment records, and documents you knowingly supply for a consultation. We ask that initial enquiries contain no passport copies or unnecessary sensitive information.
Purposes and legal bases
We process data to answer enquiries and perform contracts, to maintain tax and business records under legal obligations, and to protect our legitimate interests in secure administration and dispute handling. Consent is used where required for optional analytics or communications.
Retention and recipients
Unbooked enquiries are normally deleted after six months. Consultation files are normally deleted 12 months after completion unless you request earlier deletion or law requires retention. Invoices and statutory accounting records may be retained for the period required in Germany. Hosting, email, scheduling and accounting providers process limited data under contract.
International transfers
We prefer providers processing data in Germany or the European Economic Area. If a provider transfers data outside the EEA, we use a lawful safeguard such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses and assess supplementary protection where required.
Your rights
Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to processing. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may complain to a competent German data-protection authority.

We use access controls, limited collection and retention routines, but no internet transmission is risk-free. Send privacy requests to info@signal-workdeck.digital. We may ask for proportionate identity confirmation before disclosing records.
