An employer does not need to act as your immigration adviser, but it does hold facts the authority will need. Ask focused questions and give HR enough notice.
- What annual gross base salary appears in the final contract?
- Are any salary components variable or conditional?
- Which German entity is the legal employer?
- Where will the work ordinarily be performed?
- Do the job description and contract use consistent duties and title?
- Who can complete and sign the official employment declaration?
- Is the planned start date flexible if processing continues?
Share the route only when grounded
Once you have a credible route, explain the particular employer evidence it calls for. Avoid sending a stack of unrelated checklists. A short, route-specific request is easier for HR to answer accurately.
